Self-hosted AI platforms
Run a self-hosted AI environment on own hardware that backs my own projects: a Kubernetes cluster with GPU scheduling, model serving and routing, observability and a GitOps release path for models and services. Evaluation and model-lifecycle tooling are in active development.

Led delivery of customer-facing products: architecture, backend, user interface and the design system behind them, with accessibility and performance treated as product features.

Team and cross-team delivery
Led a team of eight engineers: mentoring, hiring and performance reviews. Coordinated launches with seven teams across product, design and engineering time zones, resolving cross-team dependencies so scope and dates held.

Release and incident response
Delivered on a business-critical release cycle: continuous delivery, Kubernetes, multi-cloud infrastructure and isolated environments cut off from the public internet. Resolved highest-severity incidents from triage to follow-through and worked directly with customers to fit products to their real constraints.
